Asus G73sw freezing

Hi everyone,
I' m having the freezing problem on my Asus that a lot of people have already reported.
Infact, when I' playing (no matter which game is...it does with all), a few minutes later, the video just freeze with an annoying loop sound.
Then the only thing I can do is to shut the computer manually.
The only Windows's report is the "Kernel-Power" critical (which is the manual shut down) and nothing else.
I tried to reinstall all the drivers (given in the CD) and also to update those and I have the same problem.
I tried also the unofficial BIOS fix (checked if it was active and it was) but nothing changed.
My Asus is not overclocked and it has the standards hardware given when i bought it.
It has already been to the technical assistance for a battery problem but they fixed that problem.
I don't even know if is an hardware or software problem and it starts to be really annoying.
I also have read a lot of old topics about this but i couldn't fix it.

Thanks for your help (and for my bad english).

Have you checked your temperatures to see if the machine is overheating?
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station…

Yes i checked it, but it was "normal" (Never over 85C, and it' s usually normal while playing), but it freezes also with colder temperatures.
Also it never shut from itself but I have to do manually.
