I dont own one of these but i'd like to lol. One thing I can suggest is uninstall any bluetooth and wireless drivers from the system and reinstall updated versions. Also some laptops have touch sensitive buttons to enable or disable bluetooth or wifi so try cycling those or make absolutely sure none of those are switch off by accident. Also if no touch sensitive buttons many have the FN key (function key) option to disable bluetooth or wireless from the keyboard. Ensure none of the above has been disabled and do the driver updates, if still no dice then I would return or find a new wireless card for mini pcie. There is a slight chance the mini pcie card is not seated well or has gone bad also.
