Asus G55vw windows 10 black screen

Hello all.

What is the likelihood of the GPU going on a G55vw?

I have used many different GFORCE drivers for the 660m windows 10 64bit.

But still I get the black screen loop and need to go in in safe mode to remove and try again ?

I have stripped the laptop and cleaned the CPU & GPU then applied coolermaster E1 thermal compound.
Cleaned out the fans.. tested the ram and ram slots.

Please if anyone could help I'd be very grateful.

That's interesting. My bios is the same version but it's not identical. In the security tab I have the secure boot option at the bottom. And in the boot tab I have the fast boot option in the top section.

Maybe it is your motherboard version my one is 2.0 ..and yours could be 2.3 . I'm still trying to get information on what the differences are between them.
