asus g315qm frezze until hard restart

hi i have an asus g15 with ryzen 9 5900hx and rtx 3060 it's having a frezzing issues until i rebooting the laptop but after a few minutes or houres gonna do it again ?

can you guys help me i'm helpless even asus not responding to me

Hello,

If you run the laptop using only the battery (charger unplugged) does it still freeze? (I assume you haven't modified the power plan settings so on battery everything runs in power saver mode?)

yeah when it's in battrey modes it does freeze . no i didn't touch anything i did a clean install of windows 11 but it's the same happened again

does the entire laptop stop responding

Is it more a continuous stutter

any blue screens or error messages

Download CPUID and run the stress test with hardware monitor open.

Does it crash instantly or can it manage 30 mins?
Please monitor your CPU temperatures too

Next test, close CPUZ

Download Furmark 2

Set your nvidia GPU to 60 fps only

Run Furmark and see what happens

Does it crash or can it run without issues for 30 mins?

Also monitor your temperatures.

If it crashes right away with either of the above it's not good and what nvidia driver are you using too?

when plugged a games on battlefield 5 on high setting and runnig smoth but on battrey just doing normal task like browsing the web watchig video or light work (excel, word...) sometimes it manage to get 20 minutes and it freeze sometimes 1h sometimes 1h30 but it did freeze on battrey
