Hi,
Just got my first ROG (newegg).
I have two questions for u guys:
1. Do I need to add more memory (6 gb originally). Primary use games and internet. If yes I need to know exact memory model.
2. Best program to overlock ROG.

SetFSB is a good tool. you'll need to find the clock generator number for your laptop.

i probably wouldn't add memory to it, at least not yet. you just bought it, you spent a good deal of cash on it, i'd give it some time and buy ram if it's needed. a good widget is the All CPU Meter (google it), it will display ram used and other useful information. personally i've yet to see anything come close to maxing out the 4GB i have.

i played Crysis 2 and even then it never really got about 3.25GB used.

SetFSB is useless on Sandybridge. 🙂 Nor is it needed really, as TurboBoost does a great job with them. For the GPU, I prefer either the ASUS GPU Tweak or NVIDIA Inspector
