Hi. I have a laptop that had problems booting into an OS (stuck in ASUS logo + loading animation). It was also unable to boot to a windows installation media. I fiddled with UEFI bios settings and disabled secure boot then enabled CSM to see if i could make it boot through the installation media in legacy mode. But after restarting, i could no longer access BIOS and the laptop just sits there with a black screen. Keyboard is functional as I can toggle the caps lock. The only key/key combination that triggers a response is CTRL+ALT+DEL, which reboots the laptop. Already tried hard resetting but no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
