No I am not familiar with the noise the G750, but if it's anything like my laptop I understand what you are talking about it gets loud and it's very annoying, only suggestion I have is if it's a new laptop take it back an show the store your issues or under warranty is to have ASUS repair it.
My laptop wasn't under warranty anymore, I had to have a repair place fix the issue.
Would I recommend ASUS to any of my friend Not anymore.
Funny enough my 30year old laptop works better than most of the junk out there today.
