AC wireless card for G75VW??

Does anyone know if there is an AC Wireless card out to upgrade to on my G75VW?
I have the Asus Router that supports AC but my G75 doesn't have the card.
I knew about this awhile back when I purchased the Router but was checking to see
if there is now one that can be put in my G75.

Please let me know if anyone does

Still working fine here. I've been traveling across the US lately and can confirm that it works well with diverse hotel wifi routers and with my Verizon and Clear 4gLTE and WiMax hotspots.

Nothing like the performance on my home AC router though.:(

$24 is a good deal. however, please confirm that you are getting the wireless-ac, not wireless-n. (intel 7260 has quite a number of variants, including wireless-n version and wireless-ac version).

Anyone try to install the 7260 ac on a g73jh? I recently installed it on mine and can't get it to connect any faster than 54 mbps and on 802.11n. I have a netgear r7000 router also. Any ideas??

I installed the intel AC 7260 in my G75VW a couple of months ago. Followed this youtube teardown video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9KHrJKInmA and just switched the card. This computer very easy to dismanle/reassemble in my opinion.

Everything works like a charm. Doubled my wifi throughput (Asus RT-AC66U) to about 25MB/sek (SMB/NAS)

Haven't tried bluetooth, but seems to be working.

Only thing to remember when installing new Intel card is to UNINSTALL ATHEROS WIFI/BLUETOOTH DRIVERS FIRST!

it's the first one, 7260 HMW. HMC means Half Mini Card. the other two are of M.2 form factor.

How guys, I am trying to locate the disassembly tutorial to upgrade the wifi card on my G750JX. I stumbled on it a year ago and left it as I wanted to go out of the warranty period which is now happened. Can someone please point me to the tutorial specifically for the wifi card upgrade? I bought the intel 7260 so I am ready to go.
