My laptop G53JW, 3d vision does not work when I want to activate the stereoscopic as vision, do not activate the ir emisor, hence the glasses do not work, if someone could tell me I could do
could you verify is glasses or IR problem, if IR problem, i think you will send to service center, if glasses problem, please check open the glasses and make sure correct connect with laptop.
