XG Mobile not charging Z13 GZ301ZE

I hadn't used this device for around 2 years. Recently, I took it out again a few weeks ago, and initially, it worked perfectly fine. However, after performing updates through Windows Update and MyASUS (all firmware, BIOS, and drivers are up to date), I noticed an issue. When connecting the official XG Mobile, the PC no longer shows the charging icon and indicates "PC isn't charging," although the estimated battery life increases. Using my official Z13 charger in the upper charging slot works normally.

I've tried troubleshooting by following the recommended 60-second and 40-second reset methods. Occasionally, these solutions work, but often the issue persists.

I reside in Miri, Sarawak, and occasionally travel to Kuala Lumpur. Could you advise me on steps to resolve this issue, and if all attempts fail, what are my options for further assistance or repairs?

I had this issue. I tried every little thing I could find to fix it, but no luck. First RMA, they replaced the battery, didn't test it I guess, and the problem persisted. 2nd RMA replaced the whole mobo, which seemed to do the job. Give or take 4 weeks of not having it to fix an issue that it had out of the box.

Had another unrelated issue where the video outs from the xg weren't working. Did a 3rd RMA, they "reinstalled the drivers," then did a factory reset (thus negating anything reinstalling drivers would have done). Problem does seem to be fixed though for now. The last RMA doesn't have anything to do with the draining while plugged in, I'm just venting.
