I bought ROG Flow X13 GV301RE (2022 version) on Augustus 23

other drivers and Windows using the latest update
This month, my notebook experienced several problems:
1. It gets laggy occasionally when I'm using it, and sometimes it turns off itself in every condition
- light work (reading pdf, browsing) or heavy work (playing games)
- on battery or plugged in
- even in performance/turbo mode
I could tackle this problem by restarting/turning it off and on several times. But it still occurs
2. Today (December 8, 2023), when I plugged the charger (battery 20%), the battery suddenly turned 0% and couldn't be charged at all (stayed 0%).
I tried to restart, turn it on/off, hard reset, and follow some instructions here/official ASUS webpage. Nothing works.
Can somebody help me?
