USB4/Thunderbolt 4 Port issue on Z13 Acronym

When i connect the Corsair ex400u ssd to the Thunderbolt/USB4 port on the Z13 Acronym, the computer says ''use different usb port. Device might have limited functionality''

When i run a disk speed test i see that I'm only getting 30 to 40mbps speeds.

This ssd is supposed to reach 4000 mbps speed. I get roughly this speed from my desktop computer's USB 4 port.

I then tested a samsung t7 ssd on that port and it gave me 900 mbps which is atleast gen 3.2 speeds which makes sense as the t7 does not have TB4 speeds.

Then i tested this corsair ex400u ssd on the other usb c port on the z13 and they give me roughly 800mbps which im guessing is gen 3.2 speeds which those ports are rated for so it seems its not a drive issue as it works on my mac where i get 3600mbps, and then my desktop hitting 4000mbps, and then other ports on the z13 hitting 800mbps.

Its only that particular port where this USB4 ssd which is meant to work for a USB4 port and it fails.

For clarification, this is the top left side port with the lightning symbol meant for USB4/TB4 and power delivery.

What am i doing wrong?

I have updated all the drivers from here ROG Flow Z13-ACRNM RMT02 | Gaming Laptops | ROG – Republic of Gamers | ROG Global

Could there be a thunderbolt 4 or usb 4 driver thats not been updated or even created by Asus for that port?

Any help is appreciated.
