ROG FLOW Z13 screen fading and sometimes lagging

hi, I just bought a Flow Z13 last month but the screen sometimes fading like the picture I sent above, it happens so often I don't know why. Sometimes when it happened, the screen stopped working. usually, after I removed the keyboard and then put it on again, it solved and screen turned alright again, but now it didn't. anyone know what's the problem and how to solve it?

I had display issues with my Z13-ACRNM, too. Flickering and distorted images. This problem only happens with the dGPU.
I had to send it in for repair. Feedback was, that they had replaced a defect cable. An exchange with a new product is excluded, even if the product is brand new, they do a repair.
You can give it a try and do a settings reset by turning on the device an hold the power button for up to 30-40 seconds until the device switches of and starts again. The Windows installation will not be affected.
