I’m using the ROG Flow Z13 (2025, GZ302) that I bought in Malaysia for RM10,999. After only 3 months of use, the keyboard already has a problem — the “F” key is not working.
All settings and software are fine, I’ve already checked and followed all the troubleshooting instructions, but the issue is still there. I suspect it could be a ribbon cable problem, since the other keys are working normally.
Has anyone else faced the same issue with the Flow Z13 detachable keyboard? Did you manage to fix it by re-seating/replacing the ribbon, or did you have to replace the whole keyboard through ASUS service?
Any advice or sharing of experience would be greatly appreciated.
