Hello. rog flow z13 2025 backlight not working. Is there a setting?

Did you experience this issue out the box? 

In the meantime, double check that you have all the latest Windows Updates, My Asus, Armoury Crate updates installed.

Fn + F3/F4 – Adjust brightness.
Armoury Crate – Check System > Lighting settings.

EC Reset – Hold power button for 30 seconds.

Update Drivers & BIOS – Download from ASUS Support.

Reinstall Armoury Crate & ASUS System Control Interface – Fixes software issues.

I have the same issue. Worked before all the updates. The rear leds briefly light up during boot but remain out regardless of the Armory Crate settings. EC reset, latest drivers/updates does not solve this issue. Appears there are others with the same issue.

I gave windows built-in 'dynamic lighting' priority (in win settings).  Seems to be way more reliable than Armory Crate.

I have the same issue as well out of the box. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Armoury Crate but the issue still not resolved. Have also ensured all updates have been installed.
