Hey guys,
I've been running a Z13 ACRNM + XG Mobile 2023 since October, and everything's been amazing. Recently I encountered an issue that when I connect the XG Mobile, Windows Audio service stops working and doesn't run even if I manually run it (it crashes and says error 1067 process terminated unexpectedly).
I've checked, and all drivers are up to date. When I connect the Z13 to my dock at home (XG Mobile is at work currently), then everything works fine.
Any ideas on how to solve this issue? I've localized it to XG Mobile since everything works without it connected.
