ROG Flow x13 2023 crashes after a few hours of sleep

Hello

I have a 2 month old ROG Flow X13 which functions very well apart from this annoying glitch where it abruptly shuts down when I close the lid to make it sleep for more than 3 or 4 hours.

In the windows event viewer, I can see a critical error every time this happens with event ID 41 and the log states "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Going further down, I can see another error stating "The previous system shutdown at 3:38:41 AM on ‎10/‎3/‎2023 was unexpected." where the time is not the crash time, it is the time at which the system was put to sleep. There are no other logs at the time of crashing which leads me to believe that this is being caused by bios since Windows is unable to capture anything at the time of shutdown.

Normally this is not a problem, but there is also a bug with windows 11 that results in the screen going into full brightness when it reboots after a system crash, and that requires another reboot to fix. Also I lose all open files when this happens so it is definitely not ideal.

I am on BIOS version 310 to which I had downgraded from 311 since on bios 311 Netflix used to result in system crashes
