I just got a Flow z 13(2022) and was curious if it was possible to upgrade the RAM to 32GB or 64GB?

Unfortunately, the memory on the Flow Z13 2022 is not user-upgradeable (it's soldered)

it is possible, however really hard, the ram is soldered to the main board this means if you could find the tools you can swap it out, however you would have to find chiplets that are compatible with the exact pinout and cpu configuration.
