Hopefully I'm not stupid and this is a legitimate problem.
My laptop is strangely only able to shut down when connected to power. On battery power the laptop is not able to fully shut down ( laptop gets hot, fans still running and power light is still on). I've had this problem for more than a year now.
I've tried waiting, command prompt diagnosis and repair, checking power options. I've downloaded the recommended drivers and updates for my laptop on Asus' website.
I'm using G-helper also.
Has anyone ever experienced this and is there a way to fix this issue?
