Hello, yesterday evening I noticed that my laptop, bought in November last year, is suddenly at 0% and only works on the charger, otherwise it turns off. MyAsus shows that the battery is good, I have already updated the BIOS, the windows report on the battery shows that it is after 250 cycles and has 56,002 mWh of normal power and this is what it currently has. I don't want to report it under warranty because I already had the screen and keyboard replaced 3 months ago and I haven't had my laptop for a month, and I don't want to lose it again as it's my only device and I'm writing an engineering thesis. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it yourself?
