hello guys, my flow x16 has recently had keyboard problems.. the letter D and the Back space suddenly no longer work. I tried to fix it with a friend of mine by updating drivers, mainly the intil Hid event driver, but without success. everything recently updated, bios, gpu, cpu, myasus, amory crate and windows are all up to date. sometimes the letter d suddenly works again and backspace and sometimes I have to put another letter in front of it before the letter d is registered. I have never dropped the laptop and no drinks have come over the keyboard and there is no dirt in it since the laptop has been closed for a while and was just lying in my bedroom
It's really driving me crazy and I need help.
