asus flow x13 cant upgrade to windows 11

hi guys,

i want to ask about my asus flow x13,

why it cant auto update to windows 11 on th update screen

and when i try to use microsoft windows 11 upgrade assistance it said error 0x80072ee2

and when i tried to logon into my microsoft account, it wont let me...

does anyone ever encounter the same problem ?

Now your are still wondering... why you bought rog flow x13... that can't upgrade to windows 11 right ?
