Model: GV301QH
OS: Win11 10.0.22621
Bios 415
BlueTooth Driver: Bluetooth_ROG_Intel_Z_V22.230.0.2_34436
I cannot pair a microsoft wedge mouse.
Mouse is not discovered on Asus machine, but on a Microsoft Surface Book Win11 machine.
I also have difficulties discovering other devices, like BT earphones.
Other BT devices can be installed.
I have tried installing throught the Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center, but the application does not even start, since the mouse has not been discovered.
Has anyone an idea, what I could do ?
Best Regards

My dealer (hardwarebro in Germany) from whom I bought the refurbished laptop gave me the propper advice, which resolved the pairing problem instantly:
1. De-Re-Install all Blue Tooth drivers (I had just installed the newest drivers from Intel, so I did not do this)
2. Delete all pairings (I did to this)
3. In the device manager select the Intel Blue Tooth driver and de-select energy saving in the Power Management rider.

I have updated the driver for the WIFI/BT Intel AX200 card to 22.250.0.2 (11.7.23) but no change.

Could it be that the Intel AX200 WIFT/BT card of the Flox x13 does not support BT 3.0,+HS ?
