ADM driver crash when playing a video

Hello I have a problem with my integrated ADM GPU that came with my Rog Flow x13 GV302XU Laptop with AMD 780M and RTX 4050

Whenever I play a video on the desktop or on youtube specifically on chrome it goes black screen for few sec and then come back to normal or sometimes crash after a blue screen.

Look I have tried everything from DDU, wipe windows, downgrade to Windows 10, updates and downgrade bios, but that doesn’t change anythings.

For the fix I have to disable the AMD driver from device manager and keep the basic microsoft driver and instantly I have no issues.

This looks like a driver issue with the AMD 780M iGPU. Since you’ve tried clean installs and BIOS changes, try the following:

Turn off hardware acceleration in Chrome.

Install the latest AMD driver manually with Factory Reset.

Check BIOS for GPU settings (set RTX 4050 as primary if possible).

Disable Fast Startup in Windows.

Check Event Viewer for GPU-related errors.

If disabling the AMD driver fixes it, it’s likely a driver bug or faulty iGPU. Using the Microsoft driver or relying on RTX 4050 is a valid temporary fix.
