2023 Flow X16 Lost of Thunderbolt4/USB4 after Cloud Recovery

I recently did a Cloud recovery on my 2023 Flow X16 (i9)  and everything worked fine except TB4/USB4.  As I understand, the usb-c port on the XG connection is actually the TB4/USB4 port.  However, when I attach USB4 and TB4 devices (SSDs and Docks), they operate at USB3.0 speeds and Win11 will pop up saying attaching USB4 to the laptop will have reduced functionality.

On the device manager, I see a USB4 root router and USB4 host router present, but all the TB4/USB4 devices when attached will show up connected under a USB root hub (USB3.0).

Anyone experiencing the same?

Nevermind.  Turns out the TB4/USB4 port is the normally exposed USB-C port.  Also that port has not enough power to drive TB4 devices directly and thus need to connect to a powered TB4 hub.  USB4 devices are fine, though.

However it is a bit strange that the USBC port next to the XG connector is USB3.0 only.......
