Let's break down your situation and questions:
1. Should You Disable the Discrete GPU to Reduce Fan Noise?
If you disable the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 in Windows, your system will default to using the integrated graphics from the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G.
Pros: Less heat, reduced fan noise, and potentially lower power consumption.
Cons: You might lose some display quality and performance when streaming high-resolution content (like 4K HDR).
Since you’re not gaming and primarily using your PC for streaming, the integrated graphics should be sufficient. Disabling the GPU can indeed help reduce noise, especially if the RTX 3050’s fans are ramping up frequently.
I hope you liked it!

So if your monitor has speakers, hdmi is a 1 cable solution. Without speakers or external speakers, id go with display port. But it comes down to what connectors are on your monitor too. Check your monitor manual for the most optimal performance for your setup
