Upgrading G20BM

I want to upgrade my G20BM very much, but for the prices of the components, I'm not sure if I should just purchase/build a new computer. I want to upgrade my cpu, gpu, and RAM. Obviously, RAM isn't as expensive, but I'm more worried about the CPU and GPU and what is compatible with the BM. I want to increase my dedicated VRAM from the 2gb stock to either 4gb or 8gb, and increase the processor speed from the 3.5 to 4.0 with possible quad core or 8 cores to handle the programs I run while gaming (desktop recorder and voice chat) Any help and suggestions are appreciated!!!

You would want a CB series motherboard, anything else would be mediocre at best.

I've got a BM mobo too... Thinking about what you said. Where can we get an INTEL mobo for the G20?. Don't say Ebay, pls. Something more "professional"?. ASUS sell those mobos apart?.

Put some links if it's possible.
