ROG G20CB + GTX Titan 6GB, which power cables do I need

I recently purchased a very cheap G20CB with the idea of upgrading it with hardware I've got around.

I've added an m.2 SSD, memory, and a new SSD,... and the turn of the GPU came. I've got a GTX Titan (#GeForce GTX TITAN Black Gaming Graphics Card from NVIDIA) that fits perfectly.

I've connected both 6 & 8 pins cables to the GPU, and it works with just the 230W power supply, but the PC shuts down when trying to run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (the sole purpose of this PC).

I ordered the extra 180W power supply, but in the meantime, I've got some questions I hope any of you can answer:
- Do I need to connect both 6 & 8 pin cables to the GPU, or will the eight pins be more than enough?
- JDC11 jumper. All the information I've read asks to swap this jumper to use the extra power supply, but my G20CB only have JDC1 to JDC5. Will it still use the extra 180W supply, or do I need to change any other jumper? What are JDC1 to JDC5 for, by the way?

- Did anybody come up with creative solutions to improve the cooling? I'm seriously considering drilling holes and adding new fans to the external lid. I am thinking of powering them using the extra SATA power cable (yellow 12v)

Thanks everyone for your help!

From what i have seen in other upgrades , the additional power supply is for PCI only and seem to require the second power supply when adding gpu with pin connectors
