I just built a PC, but when I turn it on (I don't have Windows installed yet) I don't get into the bios and ami, but I get stuck at something (in the photo). I loaded 2 mice, both wired and usb, I tried all the USB ports (about 10-12 in total). The cursor doesn't even appear on the screen. The same problem when I insert the keyboard. However, their lights come on, a sign that they are receiving power.
But these peripherals work because I tested them on the laptop. I updated the bios and it still doesn't work.
