There is a post "Need help for activate resizable bar on asus G35CZ - RTX 3090" that is closed but issue is not resolved. This issue exists since 2021. I have a GA35DX and all what they state in the other post is true.
Bios:
4G Decoding = Enabled
Resizable Bar = AUTO
LATEST Nvidia Driver
LATEST MB Bios
Asus VBIOS = Tells Me No Update Needed

I'm on BIOS 324, probably is important.
I finally fixed the issue!+ 😄

Click Show All
Select Drivers and Tools
Download VBios and Execute.
Prey and Restart Machine
Check Nvidia System info
