Hello elnutty
The latest bios 325 is updated with the Intel 0x129 microcode.
What warnings are you getting?

Thank you for the screenshot of the warning.
At the bottom of the world of warcraft message, it shows you have the Intel microcode 0x115.
I see there are two versions of bios 325, one for windows and one for the ASUS EZ Flash Utility.
I might try updating/flashing the bios again as it should show 0x129.

the original one was from the web to show the error, this is the actual one I recieve on my pc.
Does that mean I have the correct eversion and wont have the issue with my cpu?

I had to research this a little bit.
There are actually three revisions 0x125, 0x129, 0x12B, 0x12B is the third and latest revision. 0x12B addresses elevated voltage requests to the cpu.
Microcode 0x129 does basically the same thing, addresses incorrect cpu voltage requests to the cpu.
You should be ok with microcode 0x129.
You can install HWinfo, open it and play world of warcraft. When you're finished, check the Vcore under the Maximum column to see how high your cpu voltage is going.

I think this is the right info

Yes, the cpu voltage looks good there.
Let HWinfo open, play a game, then check the maximum column. The voltage should go a little higher once the cpu is put under a load.
If you've done this, then this all looks good.

3 hours of playing call of duty and this is what I show
