g20cb right side light stuck in red color

ok I've had my g20cb for less than 2 months and the lights look to be broken already. I can now only change the colors of the left side of the pc while the right side remains as red no matter what color I choose. I use AEGIS II to customize the lights since the lights option for ASUS COMMAND isn't available for me no matter how many times I reinstall. I'd appreciate any help I can get.

ROG is disappointing me to no end. My claymore can't even sync with the g20cb and I get these endless software advertisements from the built-in trials that came with the g20cb..

I know this sounds simple, but in Aegis II, did you "sync settings" across the 3 zones? Did you manually select the zone before attempting to change? Does music mode change it?
