Does anybody happen to know if the ASUS ROG G20CB Desktops are compatible with IDT High Definition Audio Drivers and Codecs?

I used to own a HP with Beats Audio prior to getting my new ASUS desktop and since the upgrade to Win10 removed all the default ASUS software that came preinstalled with my PC I was looking for other options as far as Sound Enhancers and such.
