HI! I just bought a brand ne Asus rog tytan, but i have a little problem but the problem isn't that small. It wont star at all! When i plugged it in and pressed the start button, just NOTHING happens! I have checked that everything is on but everything is just black. Won't even start to BIOS. So if anyone can help me with this i would be grateful. I'll get a new tytan if i don't get this one to work, but it's not that cheap 😞

Welcome to ROG Ludde ...

A little more info please .. if you just bought it the obvious thing to do is .. take it right back where you got it and get a different one.
but if that is not an option..
Please excuse this question .. is there a switch on the power supply ?
have you opened the case ( if your unfamiliar with doing that .. then dont.) is everything plugged in tight ?
with the computer plug'd into a power strip .. with the strip off .. when you turn the strip on does the
power supply fan turn on then off ?
Im really thinking its right there ... psu...doa.

where are you ... on this globe ?

I have ensured that everyting is plugged in correctly and switched to ON, i have also checked inside teh computer but I can't SEE anything thats wrong, but as i said earlier i just bought it so i don't really want to open and do something so i destroy it ''more''...

Sorry to hear that m8 :(! YES go back to the local store & "hopefully" they can swap it right a way, beceause i assume, it was just one order 4 you...Anyway i don't know what the probleme is, but it just be plug & play...Hopefully this works out for you & you still have you bill!

Hello Ludde,

My name is Scott, I am with the Asus Customer Loyalty team. Assuming you have done all of the obvious things like test with a different outlet, AC cable, made sure if you're using a power strip that it is turned on, which is sounds like you have, then I would say it sounds like you unfortunately received a DOA unit. So as has already been suggested take that particular unit back and exchange it for one that works.

I know it is extremely frustrating to get yourself a shiny new computer and then have something not work, so I do apologize for that. Let us know how you make out with the replacement, if you can tear yourself away from some serious gaming action with your working replacement Tytan long enough.

I really don't know why people are buying this machine. It does not even have a RoG motherboard. You can build one cheaper and have RoG parts in it. Yes it has a cool case, but a case does not a computer make.

Being ingnorant and ingnored one post at a time.

Why do people even buy this? Well to quote an old saying "Ask a simple question"

People will buy this because its a SOE. It a gaming PC of good quality and design already built and configured for them. Since not everyone is as technically capable as you obviously are they can't always build it themselves so therefore they will buy something like this that is already built and set up for them and they can just take it home and plug it in and have everything work for them :).

I also have a question for someone from ASUS, would you ever consider selling these cases empty? I mean they look awesome and they have 2 USB 3.0 ports on the front which is still not common these days.
