Booting hangs at ROG splash screen Strix GL12CX

Strix GL12CX boots to ROG Splash screen. I have to hold down the power button for 9sec.....wait one minute and try again and it works like normal. I have reinstalled the latest BIOS, tried a fresh Windows 11 install on a new NMVe ssd drive and same results.

Any Thoughts?
