Is there a list with all the memory DIMMs that are supported in the ASUS ROG NUC 14. I just bought the barebones RNUC14SRKU910002I and i would like to find the best low latency compatible RAM

BIOS : How can I disable the integrated GPU on a AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700G processor?
Is one of these options the option to disable the iGPU? If it is not possible what are other options to disable the iGPU?
BIOS dates not matching
I downloaded the BIOS from ASUS site. It is dated 3-13-2024.I put it on a flash drive. I went to update the BIOS, and the date of the BIOS that I just downloaded was 1-19-2024.Am I missing something?
