Hi,

I have been troubled by this problem for a long time. This situation usually happened whne I was playing video games. But it might also appeard when doing some simple jobs like browing web pages or watching videos. Any thoughts? THX

By the way, the computer will stuck during this time and not responding to any keyboard or mouse inputs. And it will become normal after a few seconds. The worst situation was the computer will completely stuck and need a hardware reboot. Sometimes, during reboot, it will turn into a blue screen reboot cycle.

Hi @nkghost  you probebly have Armoury Crate installed and that controls the lights. So Armoury Crate can be setup to change colors for eg heat and maybe it trys to indicate something. Try to boot the system with a fresh install of windows without Armoury Crate and see if that resolves some of the problem.
