Hey guy's, I purchased my G30 from Future Shop about a month ago, the salesman said that the desktop came with a free copy of AC4 Black flag (which i believed as I saw the sticker on the box). Now that I have the pc setup, I realized there never was a coupon or product code to download the game :mad: . After 2 calls to Asus customer service which led me nowhere, I would like to know that if other people that have the same Rog G30 actually received something in the box or am I slowly losing it?

hello, i recently bought the same PC in France and as you, there was no coupon, no code to download the game. I have contact the sailer and i'm waiting the answer. If i'm not satisfied, i'll contact the Asus support

Same with my newer G30AB box said game included . No game included just a disk "Driver& GPU Tweak"V1090" copyright 2012. the GPUTweak was not installed on my G30AB.. asus still selling G30 with no game and box says there is ? One thing I did notice though "No One From Asus Has Replied" to our ? about the game that's included but not in the box the pc came in

another problem on my shipping box G30AB says Bluetooth V4 I have no Bluetooth. emailed asus support been getting run around from support for past 3 months , so on Friday I applied to small claims court for no Bluetooth , retailer says my g30 has Bluetooth, gave me confirmation letter , plus the g30ab shipping box says Bluetooth V4 as well ,asus support keeps telling me to ask retailer so I did , so I went to small claims court for
60$ brought to court shipping box asus support emails retail letter , so I can get a new wireless card with Bluetooth , court sent letter to asus Canada Friday afternoon 10/31/2014 , weather I collect 60$ from asus or not its the prestige of asus that has been lost by me . 54$ was the cheapest wireless card with BT V4 I could find @ asus , my wireless card is realtek 802.11n asus support could not tell me if card supports blurtooth V4 or not , just had enough asus has 30days to reply to court

Hi. I purchased my G30AB from Staples on 26 December 2013. Afterwards I found the ASUS banner on the ASUS website indicating the same offer. When I called ASUS to ask about the redemption code for the game I was told it was only for models of the G30AB sold during a certain date. When I asked what the cut off time for the offer I compared the information with my purchase date. I qualified for the offer but was told it was only in certain select markets. Gotta love marketing .... slight disappointment but I love the computer

After moving my place finally i've found my coupon codes for Assasin Unity (from ROG SWIFT).
Unfortunettly described as "valid until 12 Novemember 2015" ;(

Any chance i can still make use of it?
