Asus support/documentation is a waste of my lifetime. I have had this Rog Strix G15CE for some time. No more warranty. So looking through the BIOS (would love to find come documentation on THAT) I want to turn on RAID mode possibly to get some performance gains. So I switch to RAID and the main OS drive (WD SN530 512) makes the change just fine. The secondary drive I use for data/profile storage (Toshiba DT01ACA200) just plain disappears. I can back that up and bring it back since it is an easy backup/restore but in BIOS raid mode the drive does not even show up. This thing is as it came out of the box. I cannot find a bit of higher end technical documentation about this hardware even on the ROG side of support. If anyone has links to anything useful I would much appreciate that.
So has anyone tried/succeeded at the AHCI to RAID evolution?
