Battery in ROG7U

Is there only me or the other have problem with bettery issue?

My rog battery is full, but when in 85% or lowest the phone will be dead. When i plugged charging cable in 1 min the battery will be 100% again. When i see in battery history is always 100%. Is this system error or my battery error.

 

Please someone help me.

May be a software problem...

Try to update to newest software version.. or factory reset your phone...

If nothing helps, then maybe something wrong with battery

I was factory reset my phone, but still no sound. My battery was change too. Is the have connection between battery and my phone sound ?
