WOW freezes entire Ally

Bought the ally a few days ago.  WOW will load very quickly, and runs great FPS. I can run around for a little bit and but the entire ally will freeze. It goes to black screen and just sits there until I force power off and back on again. I even try to long press the menu to get into Ctrl-alt-del mode and it wont even do that. I've adjusted all settings to lowest possible and have the same issue. I've changed the resolution and hz to lowest possible and still freezes. I am running retail wow with only the console addon, which I disabled and still freezes the Ally. 

Any suggestions on settings to change? 

I've already checked to make sure all drivers are up to date as well. 

Madden 23 through EA plays fine though. I was able to play two 60 min games without an issue at all.

I would like to confirm with you what mode you have set on the ACSE. 

Additionally, I would like to verify whether you have any external devices connected (such as a monitor or keyboard) and if the power is connected. Thank you.

Running on Turbo while plugged in, AMD RSR off, AMD RIS off. I thought I fixed the issue by doing a factory restore and new install of windows. Was able to play a game for about 3 hours without an issue. All of a sudden the entire Ally freezes and goes to black screen within 30 seconds of loading the game. Didn't change anything between when was actually running to now black screen of death. No external devices used. 

Edit: Completely removed the Armoury Crate from the device and still freezes.

I exchanged mine today at Best Buy. I tried one more factory restore and the ally crashed as soon as I entered world. I installed WoW on wife’s ally which played it fine for a few hours. So I headed to Best Buy to get another one.  New one seems to be working great. I did change to run in manual mode tweaking the fans to run higher to keep cooler temps. I’ll either report back in a few days or sooner if the ally crashes again.

Update...Looks like the first Ally I had had something wrong with the hardware. New one has been running for a week now without an issue so far with playing Madden, WOW and Rocket League.
