tried everything hard reset
plug the charger
hold the volume button and power button
hold just the power button for 30 sec
format the SSD
unplugged the battery
still is on the ROG logo
sometimes is just blank the screen most of the time is the rog logo comes
fans are spinning so device is getting hot

My friend is from Brazil and they didn't help me. I had to send it there for my family. Asus has terrible support!
