stuck on rog logo

tried everything hard reset

plug the charger

hold the volume button and power button

hold just the power button for 30 sec

format the SSD

unplugged the battery 

still is on the ROG logo

sometimes is just blank the screen most of the time is the rog logo comes

fans are spinning so device is getting hot

hello. I have the same problem after updating the BIOS. I can't access the BIOS to reset the console.

Nobody  knows  even the asus rog ally staff 

Defo not recommend to Nobody  better  get the legion go or steam deck

I'm disappointed, because a device can't freeze during an update. There should be a simpler way to force a factory reset.

i contacted them and return to them to check the device

I opened the request today to send the console.I’ve never seen a product crash with an official update. A global company without a global guarantee. Sad!

Any of you guys tried contacting support? 

Mine did mess up a little during the initial bios update, turned it of and back on to retry and it went trough.

Here in Brazil, support does not work on Sundays. I don't know if they will help me, as I bought it at Best Buy in Miami.

Warranty is international with 24months. Contact them, try their stuff and rma the unit as worst case scenario.
