Safe to run in turbo Mode?

i noticed when i have it plugged in its like 30W turbo, but i noticed the device gets hot around the buttons, and back of the shell is it safe to always run it?

Yes, the device is designed to run fine continuously in Turbo mode. The heat is normal and expected.
