Hello everyone,
I bought my Ally X in May of this year, but around two weeks ago, it stopped working. I was using it the same day it stopped turning on, I saw that it was low on battery so I started to charge it, a couple minutes later, I saw it wasn’t charging so I unplugged it and it quickly died, I put it into different outlets and even used a different charger but it never turned back on or showed any signs of life. I used the technique’s to turn it back on like holding the power button for 40 seconds without any external devices, but it didn’t work.
Any tips?
