I'm Argentine, so my English is pretty rough, haha. Three months ago, I bought a second-hand Z1E with the 74Wh battery mod recently installed. The device is amazing and worked perfectly until the last couple of weeks when the battery isn't reaching its full capacity. Sometimes it gets stuck at 92%, and sometimes it only goes up to 78%. When this happens, I hard reset the Ally and uninstall the battery drivers. Usually, it increases the percentage a little, but it never reaches 100% like before.
For example , first it's charging normally with a positive charge/discharge rate, then when it reaches certain percentage like 84% , this rate is 0 milliwatts, and it stops charging. Another weird thing is that the battery health is 99.9% with three months of daily use, where I never used battery care mode.
My question is: Is this a software issue? Or is my battery malfunctioning or degrading, and is it normal? I know this isn't a big deal, and the Ally works fine, but I need to know if I have to buy another battery or if this one still works.
