Rog Ally X Controls Reset to default

Hi

I have been facing this issue of controls resetting to default periodically. When I hold the trigger or joysticks on the ally they reset to their default position after 4-5 seconds usually. For instance if a keep holding the joystick to right the controls will show that joystick is in center even thought I am holding it to the right (same with the triggers).

i have tried everything from updating to reinstalling armory crate se but nothing works.

its been a while now since i have been facing this issue any help will be highly appreciated.

Please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.37 and Armoury Crate SE . After that, recalibrate the triggers and joysticks to see if there is any improvement?

If the issue still persists, we recommend sending your ROG Ally to a local service center for further hardware diagnostics to identify the problem. Thank you.
