Have you tried diagnosing the battery through MyASUS? Please try removing all external devices while the device is powered off, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Afterwards, reconnect the power and boot up the device to see if the battery charging indicator shows orange and if there's any indication of charging on the screen.
If the issue persists, we recommend bringing your device to a local service center for further diagnosis. Thank you.
