How to prevent my Internet/Network from disconnecting during sleep?

I tried these two methods Realtek Family Controller in Device Manager and Sleep Settings in GPEdit, but neither worked. My goal is to transfer large files efficiently, whether downloading from the internet or transferring within a local network, while minimizing battery drain so thebest way to do it with is let the device sleep but still disconnecting the networks durting sleep.So does anyone have any suggestions on how to achieve this?

When transferring or downloading large files over the network, both disk writing and network transmission require a significant amount of power. I would like to confirm with you the reason you wish to reduce battery consumption. Is it due to battery health concerns or other reasons? Thank you.
