I would purchase an ASUS handheld if not for my concerns.
Can we get an order option on the Ally X (or later Ally 2) for Hall effect sticks? They stop the infamous drift on normal sticks. A drifting stick makes your game character spaz out, dead zones become unacceptable over time, and your Ally becomes a paperweight. Unlike detachable Joy-Cons on Switch, you can't just buy new controllers for an Ally after drift.
I don't trust myself to install new sticks without breaking something. I'll gladly pay extra for Hall effect sticks out of the box, but I won't buy a replacement handheld each time a stick drifts.
If you're a support agent who contacts the right people and makes this happen, I'll recommend ASUS handhelds to my friends, buy one myself, reach out to your boss, and credit you for each sale you caused.
